Imran Khan and Jehangir Tareen’s counsel, Mr. Anwar Mansoor, reiterated before Supreme Court that EC has no jurisdiction to question or probe foreign funding of the candidates.  Supreme Court is hearing a petition with the plea of disqualification of Imran Khan and Jehangir Tareen as members Parliament as they did not declare their foreign assets while filing their nomination papers.  In my view, two entirely different set of rules have been raised by PTI quarters.  In Panama papers case they raised the question of money trail for purchase of London flats.  But for their own assets, no court in Pakistan enquire about it.  The jurisdiction is valid in Panama case but not  valid for their own foreign assets.  What a comedy of errors?
