24 Mar, 2019 at 6:26 pm #4I have met people here who seek asylum on the basis of religious persecution in Iran. It’s a valid case if someone can build one. Minorities are theeatend back in our part of the world. But to build a case that one religion is more peaceful than other is a slippery slope. But you fundoos don’t buy that. Shias, Sunnis, Catholic, Protestants, Hindus, Muslims, Christians, Jews you kill each other just because your fairytales, your rituals, your messengers aren’t same. Yea we can and we should if the goal is to wait for next fundoo to pull something similar on bigger and better scale. But if goal is to prevent this sort of crap we have to look at root cause and call spade a spade. We have to call out what turned human into cold blooded animal, it’s the religion, the race, My God is better than yours even though it’s the same freaking God, my skin is better than yours even though it’s made up of same freaking cells. The fervor that we flare in the name of religion and patriotism creates such cold blooded murderers. But for expediency let’s overlook all that and right one sentence.
I condemn this attack.

I agree violence is part and parcel of humans and religion is not a sole factor but it definitely is one of the key factor. In this case it’s all religion. Right wing nut of one religion is targeting right wingers of other religion. The abstract idea of God spreads more hatred and violence than harmony and peace. The world will be a better place when religion will be outdated. Mohammad himself fought 71 battles in his last 10 years as head of state, that shows how peaceful religions are.

To appease fictional God you start killing fellow humans.Post attack, this cross religion solidarity (Jews and Christians guarding mosques) is another baloney. They do these rituals to keep there business going. Religions spread hatred and should be banned. If you keep your superstitions to yourself it’s acceptable but if you start sharing them with millions and billions violence is inevitable. We like it or not organize religion is biggest culprit here.

14 Mar, 2019 at 5:55 am #35Awan bhaiI couldn’t disagree more with you. The PTI lead democracy is no different than PMLN’s last 5 years or PPP’s 5 years prior to that. Zardari completed 5 years by bending backwards hoping it will strengthen democracy, Nawaz Sharif did the same. This controlled democracy is not weakening Army it’s strengthening instead. Despite tons of channels no one can speak against Army. No one talks about normalizing relations with India or Afghanistan. We are becoming more and more hawkish state. After Kargil, they did Mumabi under Zardari, Uri under Nawaz and now Pulwama under Imran. Our civ’s are there just trying to defend the indefensible. How will they turn around economy? Knowing all this Nawaz and Maryam said we will take a hit but won’t compromise. But for you All Iz Well if Shahbaz is at helm. Your bromance with Shahbaz is least of Pakistan’s concern.

Sethi is good story teller, he has something for everyone. He said if establishment and PTI doesn’t get along Shahbaz will be alternative. For you it’s successful politics but for me it’s more of the same. Shahbaz or Imran licking boots makes no difference. To me more important part of the video was our problems are complicated establishment doesn’t have an answer for that. That’s why challenging establishment is right politics the one that will yield results.
