As Forum Rules are narrated in Urdu and website  Badges are in English, I always have been under the impression that Forum Languages are Urdu and English and Members’ posts have to be in these two languages.

However, recently when I raised objection to two members communicating in Pushto and requested them not to do so, I was advised by one of the members that I should learn Pushto and Educate myself. No moderator or the Forum Management reacted to that edict and thus nodding “yes” to that member’s comment.

Can you please clarify which languages the members are allowed to write their posts in, on the Forum? What is the Forum Policy.

Which rule prevents dialogue in Pashto? Show me plz.

Any attention seeker can find thousands flaws in the forum but a true civilized member will concentrate on discussion rather than lacunas.

I consider myself to be a civilized person so I will address your questions as follows:

1. Queries was addressed to Atif Sahib, so I expected him to answer the query.
2. I did not say that any rule prevents dialogue in Pushto, but it is a language which 99% of the membership cannot hold dialogue in. The entire idea of a discussion forum is that whatever is being discussed is understood by one and all. I had sought guidance from the person who started this forum.

I am sorry to disappoint you that you find me uncivilised. I will try to improve.

As for discussions are concerned, I have participated in discussions according to my knowledge and ability, I keep learning I am sure I will improve.

کمال ہے آج میری بات ہوئی تھی عاطف سے وہ تو کہہ رہا تھا میں دس روزہ لگانے کل مالاکنڈ سے آگے پہاڑوں پر جا رہا ہو ، سگنل نہی آتے اس لئے اب فورم پر لکھنا مشکل ہو گا

میرے تو خیال میں فورم پر زبان کا استعمال ایک نان اشو ہے فورم پر موجود ننانوے اعشاریہ نو فیصدی تبصرے اردو یا انگریزی میں پہلے ہی ہوتے ہیں تو کسی اور زبان میں گفتگو اپنے مقداری اعتبار سے غیر اہم ہو جاتی ہے .
اصولی طور پر بھی دیکھا جائے تو اردو اور انگریزی دونوں ہی درآمد کردہ زبانیں ہیں مقامی زبانیں عمومی طور پر قومی زندگی میں جائز مقام سے محروم ہیں ایسے میں اگر کسی اور مقامی زبان میں چند جملے لکھ بھی دیئے گئے ہوں تو اعتراض کی گنجائش نہیں بنتی ہے یہ ضرور ہے کہ پنجابی کے علاوہ کسی اور علاقائی زبان کو سمجھنے والے بہت کم تعداد میں ہیں تو ابلاغی لحاظ سے انکی اثر پزیری محدود رہے گی
