پاکستان میں ہونے والے حالیہ جنسی زیادتی کے واقعات کی وجوہات اور ان کا حل

آج کل ایک خام سا خیال ہے جو عوام میں بہت مقبول ہے مذھب انسان کی رہنمائی کے لئے بہت ضروری ہے  ۔ مذھب کسی بھی انسان کی ذہنی نوشونما پر گہرے نقش چھوڑ دیتا ہے  ۔ ۔ آج ہمارا دھاگہ گفتگو پاکستان میں ہونے والے حالیہ بچوں کے ساتھ جنسی زیادتی کے واقعات کے ساتھ عورتوں کے ساتھ ریپ ویغیرا ہے اور  وہ  نمازی پرہیز گار مسلمان ہیں اور سوشل میڈیا پر مجود کچھ مسلمان بلاگر ہیں  جو حرمت اسلام پر ہر وقت جان دینے کے لئے تیار رہتے ہیں  لیکن ساتھ ساتھ بد زبانی اور بد اخلاقی کی حدوں کو چھوتے ہیں  اور عورتوں سے ریپ مسجدوں میں بچوں سے جنسی زیادتی اور  دوسروں کی جان تک لینے سے دریغ نہیں کرتے۔ ایک مسلمان جو بچپن سے جوانی تک کسی پاکستان جیسے ملک میں آباد ہے ۔ اس کو شروع سے عذاب و ثواب  کے خیالی تندور میں اس طرح ایک جلی ہوئی روٹی کی طرح بہت زیادہ پکایا جاتا ہے کہ وہ بالغ ہونے تک پاکی ، ناپاکی اور اس طرح کے دوسرے نظریات کی گردان میں ڈوب جاتا ہے  اس کے دماغ میں ہر وقت یہ پیٹی کرائی جاتی ہے کہ فلانی چیز ہے گناہ ، فلم دیکھنا گناہ ہے  … فلانی چیز بے حیائی ہے … فلانی چیز میں یہ گناہ وہ اتنا ذہنی ڈسٹرب ہو جاتا ہے اور نفسیاتی مریض بن جاتا ہے کہ چھوٹی چھوٹی باتوں کو گناہ سمجنا شروع ہو جاتا ہے …. واش روم میں جانا بھی اس کے لئے گناہ بن جاتا ہے اس لئے  استنجا کرنے سے پہلے دعا استنجا کرنے کے بعد دعا … ۔ اور کوئی کام کرنے سے سو بار توبہ کرتا ہے،۔ وہ کوئی انڈین  فلم ہی ہے  اور اس میں پورن تو دور کی ایک معمولی سے مرد عورت کا اشارہ دیکھ لیتا ہے تو تو عجیب پچھتاوے کا شکار ہو کر کئی روز نفل  نمازیں پڑھتا رہتا رہتا ہے  

 سیکس ایک حقیقت ہے ، جب انسان جوان ہوتا ہے تو اس میں سیکس کی طلب  ہوتی ہے جو وقت گزرنے کے ساتھ شدت اختیار کر لیتی ہے اب اس کی اس خوایسش کی تکمیل کے لئے  بیچ میں مذھب آڑے آ جاتا ہے … آج کے جدید اور سرمایا کار  دور میں تیرا اور چودہ سال کی عمر میں شادی کرنا نا ممکن ہے  ایسی صورت میں چلو سیکس نہ ہی سہی  خود لذتی ایک جائز اور  مناسب اور فری آف کوسٹ طریقہ ہے  لیکن اس پر بھی مذھب کی طرف پابندی لگ جاتی ہے … کہ مٹھ مارو گے تو کل یہی بچے قیامت کے دن دو منہ والے سانپ بن کر تمارا گریبان پکڑیں گے … … یہاں پہ مذھب ایک طرف انسانی خوہشات کے تکمیل کے لئے ایک سمندر پر چھوٹے سے پل کا کام کر رہا ہوتا ہے … دوسری طرف انسان کے باطن میں مجود خواہشات اس کے لئے نا قابل برداشت ہوتی جا رہی ہوتی ہیں …  انسان ظاہری طور پر  مسجد ، ممبر ، نمازیں ، حرمت رسول ، سب کچھ بلکل مذھب کے حق میں کر رہا ہوتا ہے جب کہ اس کا باطنی طور پر ایک بحری قزاق بن چکا ہوتا ہے …. جس کے آئیڈیل اسلامی ہونے کی جگہ مغربی ہوتے ہیں …. اور بلکل زھری اور باطنی طور پر مخالف سمت چل رہا ہوتا ہے  …. ظاہر اور باطن میں تضاد انے سے انسان منافق بن جاتا ہے اور خود کو گھٹیا اور کم طرف سمجھتا اور اپنے اسلاف اور دوسری قوموں کو بلند تصور کرتا ہے … اور وہ ذہنی انتشار کا شکار ہوتے ہوتے نفسیاتی مریض اور پاگل بن جاتا ہے …… اپنی فطرت سے لڑتے لڑتے جام شہادت نوش کر لیتا ہے … پھر خود تو وہ درست ہو نہیں سکتا .. اپنی ناکام آرزوئیں  لے کر دوسروں کی اصلاح کا ٹھیکہ لے لیتا ہے … اور اتنا زیادہ مینٹنلی ڈسٹرب ہونے کی وجہ سے جہاں بھی اس کو کوئی مخالف آواز نظر آتی اس کو گالی گلوچ سے ختم کرنے کی کوشش کرتا ہے … اس عرصے میں اس کی خواھشات پہ بندا پل ٹوٹ جاتا ہے اور وہ ہمسایوں کی مرغی سے کام سٹارٹ کرتا ہے پھر مسجدوں میں بچوں سے پھر عورتوں پہ … لیکن جب معاشرے میں اس کو کہیں بھی جگہ نہیں ملتی تو قبر میں مجود عورتیں پکڑ لیتا ہے …. تو سب دوستوں سے گزارش اپنے بچوں اور اپنے اہل و عیال کو مزبھی نفسیاتی بیماری سے بچایئں ایسا نہ ہو کل آپ کا بچا بھی ایک مستقبل کا ڈاکٹر ، انجنئیر بننے کی بجاے خشکی کا بھری قزاق بن جاے اور میٹھنے پانیوں کی جگہ کھارے پانیوں پر حکمرانی کرنا شروع کر دے

dear amir, not a very intelligent question. It not about madras but religion, religion in form of christianitiy / buddism also exist in above mentioned countries…. i hope you are getting my point here. Religion contradicts human nature and ultmately it makes a person a pychological patient in all over the world. You canot make a river flow in opposite direction

اوووووو آپ کی باتوں سے لگا یہ کام مدرسوں سے ہی شروع ہوا اور اسلام ہی اسکی جڑ ہے ، اچھا تو پھر ایسا کیوں کہ ان ممالک میں یا تو مذھب ہے نہیں یا ہے بھی تو اس پے عمل نہیں ہوتا لیکن یہاں ریپ پاکستان کے مقابلے میں بہت زیادہ ہیں ، چائنہ میں تو اکثریت لا مذھب ہے،  کیا وچار ہیں اس کے بارے میں آپ کے ڈیئر غیر محفوظ صاحب

Dear Amir again you are not getting the point I am talking about psyche of person, which is shaped by religion against the nature of a person in countires like pakistan, as fa as china is  concerned rape is china has not been widely dicussed on media, and rape cases are not reported. I dont know how you compared china with other religious countries……

China population 1.393 billion  and according to UN  police documentation  of rapes  from 140 countries, rape in china is not high in other countries — at 2.1 per 100,000 people. However saudia population is 33.8m with .3 at per 100000. with so much strict punishment and laws so many cases are not reported in saudia China is atlease better than Saudia…. IN suadia a women considered a Janwar and second class citizen

اب سوال یہ ہے کہ آپ کے مطابق تو موٹر وے واقعہ کا ذمہ دار بھی اسلام ہے تو پھر سعودیہ میں یہ ریٹ تو دنیا میں سب سے زیادہ ہونا چاہیے لیکن یہ ایک ملحد ملک سے کافی کم ہے ، ایسا کیوں ؟؟

Dear Amir, PTI is also not good in Maths teaches one how to think; developing the thought process through logic, intuition, analysis and construction. You know because of this poor mathematics PTI has failed Pakistan for two years and a crickter who only know how to play could not run pakistan…so he made so many fake promises to public due to this poor mathematics like  free houses scheme a…. But lets talk about the topic. again not a very intelligent question. In saudia sheikh marry atleast four to six wives even 13 year girl and they also do mautas one night nikaah…….. you know these punishment are only for sick and slaves citizen like Pakistani, banagali, saudani and other sexually frustrated people from poor countires even with so much strick sharia laws Saudis could not able to prevent Rape….. and yet l lowest crime rates in the world can be seen in Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Japan, and New Zealand… Your Saudia is not even close to them

Dear Amir Actualy you are bit confused I am not fond of posting hadiths rather i believe it is useless to post old hadith but if it is your wish you want a hadith… Actually this Hadith show arabic mindset and their racism to other nation which is even happening today how they treat children and women of slave mentality nation like pakistanis, indian muslism, sodaani, and other poor foreign nations..

سرور کونین، محسن انسانیت، رسالت ماآب، سرکار دو عالم رسول ﷺ اس حدیث مبارکہ کی روشنی میں عورتوں اور بچوں کا قتل عام کرتے ہیں۔

کتاب الجہاد والسیر

باب: اگر کافروں پر شب خون (چھاپہ) ماریں اور (بے قصد) عورتیں بچے بھی قتل کیے تو کچھ قباحت نہیں۔

“ہم سے علی بن عبدللہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے سفیان بن عینیہ نے، کہا ہم سے زہری نے، انہوں نے عبیداللہ سے، انہوں نے ابن عباس سے، انہوں نے صعب بن جثامہ سے، انہوں نے کہا آنحضرت صلی الله علیه وسلم ابواء یا ودان میں میرے رستے سے گزرے_ آپ سے پوچھا گیا کہ جن مشرکوں سے لڑائی ہے اگر شبخون میں انکے عورتیں بچے مارے جائیں تو کیسا ہے؟ آپ نے فرمایا عورتیں بچے آخر انہیں میں کے ہیں اور میں نے آنحضرت صلی الله علیه وسلم سے سنا، فرماتے تھے، محفوظ چراگاہ (راکھ) الله اور رسول کے سوا کسی کو نہیں ہو سکتی، اور سفیان بن عینیہ نے زہری سے، انہوں نے عبیداللہ سے سنا، وہ ابن عباس سے کہ مصعب بن جثامہ نے مشرکوں کی عورتوں اور بچوں کے باب میں ہم سے یہ حدیث بیان کی، سفیان نے کہا عمرو بن دینار نے ہم سے یہ حدیث ابن شہاب سے وہ آنحضرت صلی الله علیه وسلم سے مرسلا بیان کرتے تھے_ پھر ہم نے زہری سے اس حدیث کو یوں سنا، انہوں نے کہا مجھ کو عبیداللہ نے خبر دی، انہوں نے ابن عباس سے انہوں نے صعب بن جثامہ سے یعنی متصلا” بیان کیا، اس روایت میں یوں ہے کہ آپ نے فرمایا آخر عورتیں بچے انہی میں کے ہیں_ اور عمرو بن دینار کی طرح یوں نہیں بیان کیا کہ آخر بچے اور عورتیں بھی اپنے باپ دادا ہی کی اولاد ہیں_”

Unsafe sb. What stats suggest that rape in these countries is less than Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, or Turkey?

To my knowledge, Denmark of 5 million population had 7000 sex-related offences in 2019 out of which 600 pure convicted raps.

Dear Shahidabbasi, In Denamark too many cases are reported due to gender equality. Many female who feel unpleasant with their husband, boyfriend they also report.. Think if women and londis of sheikh and pakistani wifes start reporting these cases i am sure pakistan and saudia will be at top of list…  And in many reports rape actually did not happen on investigation. That the power of Law in Demanark that their reporting system is so good… That s why rape reports and 600 convicted rapes are so high in Demark.. Many victims are boys friend and husband… and on the other hand.. 74.4%of the population of Denmark were registered members of the Church of Denmark. There may be religious factor for these rapes like I said in my first post

لیکن ایس بھی تو بہت سی احادیث ہیں جس میں عورتوں اور بچوں کو حتی کے درختوں تک تو نقصان پہنچانے سے بھی منع کیا گیا ہے جبکہ آج کل کی مہذب دنیا کے مہذب ممالک بھی ایسے جرائم میں ملوث ہیں ، ایک دہشت گرد کو مارنے کے لئے ڈرون حملہ کر دیا جس میں عورتیں اور بچے بھی مارے جاتے ہیں

عامر صاحب اس کی وجہ آسان سی ہے حدیثوں میں بہت ڈالڈا ڈالا گیا ہے … جیسے حضرت ابو ہریرہ جو اس وقت کے پڑھے لکھے انسان تھے ان کی مرھبانی سے آج آپ کو اسلام میں کچھ پڑھائی لکھائی والی حدیثیں لکھتی ہے ….. سرکار دو عالم تو پڑھنا لکھنا نہیں جانتے تھے لیکن کاتبین وحی اپنی مرضی سے لکھتے … اس لئے آپ کو کہیں ملے گا سرکار دو عالم نے عورتوں کو قتل کرنے کا حکم دیا اور کہیں پہ نہیں .. اس حدیثوں پہ یقین کرنا اور ان پر عمل کرنا بے فضول ہے

No sir, not all truth. Charges of rape by a spouse are not more than 10-15 a year. Considering the high level of education, access to paid sex being on fingertips, much more personal freedom,  comparatively much developed social system, and prosperity, the count is not much better than many other countries in the middle east or in Asia. 74% of Danes pay church tax but only because they see it as a cultural heritage otherwise just about 15 % Danes believe in God (40% non-believers and 45% agnostic). Here is one 3 years old reporting that explains the situation which you may like to compare with any Muslim/religious country.

Dear Shahid,  Denmark is recognized one of the best countries for its progressive gender policies and one of the safest countries for women. But if you go in depth you will find that the increase in rape is  due to largely immigrants from muslim  / foreign  cultures.   . . … Many rapes cases in sweden, norway and denmark are done by people from islamic or foreign culture because they fail to understand the nature of scandivian women and women faithfully report it in these countries…  So lets comes to the point… and there is also report problems which causes increase in rate…  IN Denmakr, Sewenden or norway , if a husband or boyfriend forceable sexes his wife everyday in month it will be consider 30 cases of rape in a month and 365 in year…. that is not going to happen in Saudia or Iran or Pakistan… You canot compare such situation with a muslim country like Sauida or Pakistah which has different view of Rape.

Not at all. At least I know Denmark and this is not the case.

No, it will be a single case. The same boyfriend doing it to the same wife/girlfriend for 365 days would make only one case

If you try to google, you will find a lot of reports concerning rape stats in Scandinavian countries, read them, and only then you will know the reality.
