When I posted this link in one of the WhatsApp group, I got this from one of my friend, a left leaning business who is on same line of business but with just 5 Papa Johns 😀😀

As much as I dislike militablishment in Pakistan and their land grabs etc and inflated compensation packages, it would be unfair if i don’t add what i know to not be true in this post.

Nadeem, Malik and Faisal are good friends of mine. Been friends since 2007 when they had just acquired Bajco in Papajohns and had 52 stores.

Their two brothers are doctors in the US. One is a Neurosurgeon. His son is the first Muslim chapel at Yale. (Not that i ever prayed in a mosque).

The Neurosurgeon was their main investor. Their brother Faisal then worked at a bank along with Malik. Their secured the loans for the stores. They physically worked there .
By 2007 Gen Bajwa had just beem promoted to ISPR. Hardly a money making post.

It wouldn’t be fair to equate their efforts in building this empire with Gen Bajwa in Pakistan. They are about 17 members of the family working together to make Bajco work. Thry opened store in Toronto too. But they lost money and shut down. Same happened in Buffalo.

At the moment they sold their low performing stores a few years back.

Gen Bajwa might have been a partner, but i don’t think a Lt Col even has enough money to sustain a living let alone an investment in the US. (Talking about 2002 when they started Bajco).

Gen Bajwa is definitely overpaid. And definitely its a case of cronyism in that appointment. And his partnership might be in Bajco.
But the rise of Bajco was not due to Gen Bajwa. That was their own efforts as brothers working together.

باجوہ ایک لمبا عرصہ کوئٹہ کا کور کمانڈر بھی رہا ہے اور میں نے ذاتی طور پر سن رکھا ہے کہ یہ مال بنانے کے لیے بڑی پرکشش پوسٹ ہے

لیکن اصل یہ ہے کہ کوئی میڈیا چینل اس سٹوری کو رپورٹ نہیں کر سک رہا …کیا اس سے بھی منی ٹریل مانگی جاۓ گی؟

There is something going on with Asim Bajwa. Just two days ago Matiullah Jan did an interview of abducted Col Retd Enam ur Rahim in which he mentioned about Asim Bajwa’s role in surrendering Angoor Adaa post to Afghanistan. There seems to be things cooking against Asim Bajwa. I kind of tend to agree with Nadaan
