اکثریت اور اقلیت

دو سوالوں کا جواب ڈھونڈھ رہا ہوں

١) کیا کسی ایک ملک کی شہریت رکھنے والوں کو اکثریت اور اقلیت میں بانٹا جانا درست ہے
٢) اقلیت کی کتنی تہیں ہو سکتی ہیں. اگر مذہب کی بنیاد پر اکثریت اور اقلیت کا تعیین ہوتا ہے تو کیا کافر ہندوؤں میں انکے ذات پات کے حوالے سے مزید اقلیت کا بھی تعیین کرنا پڑے گا

میری ناقص عقل میں یہ وجہ سمجھ نہیں آتی ہے کے پاکستانی ہوتے ہوے بھی ہم پاکستانیوں کو اکثریت اور اقلیت کے حوالے سے دیکھتے ہیں .

اگر ہم اقلیت اور اکثریت کا کسی بھی حوالے سے تعیین نہ کریں اور قابلیت ، اہلیت، اصول اور قانون کو معیار بنا لیں تو میرے خیال میں ہماری کافی عداوتیں اور شکایتیں ختم ہو سکتی ہیں

Answer to Question 1 is NO,NO and NO

Aksariat is numerical superiority and the word is used express superiority.

Aqqaliat means the oppressed class.

کافر ہندوؤں……..Are there Muslman Hidus as well/

Pakistan’s eternal problem is that people do not identify themselves as Pakistanis. Only their passports say so. Pakistanis describe themselves as Punjabis, Sindhis  etc or Sunni, Shia, Brailvi, Deobandi (they are not aware that Braily and Disband are in India. Such people could easily be declare enemy agents.)

The day they understood and felt that they are Pakistanis and then either Muslims, Hindus Christians, Pakistan will be different country and I will be proud a  Pakistani.

The people who are living in Pakistan and have Islam as religion , should they call themselves Muslim first or Pakistani first ?  The Minorities living in Pakistan are Pakistani first  or not ? 

How do you put a bunch of ethnically divided people in to a geographical block and force them to call themselves as nationalist (Pakistani) ? Does Islam allow  nationalist ideology ? Or if there is such ideology existed during the first century of Islam ? Back to you, Anjaan .

یہاں کینیڈا میں فرنچ اپنے آپ کو واضح طور پر ایک اقلیت کے طور پر نہ صرف منوائے بیٹھے ہیں بلکہ اس معاملے میں وہ اس قدر حساس ہیں کہ اپنے مقرر صوبے میں جہاں ان کی اکثیریت رہتی ہے ، وہ پبلک سائن بھی فرنچ میں رکھنے پر مصر ہیں ۔ اپنی روایت ، کلچر اور اپنا طرز زندگی محفوظ رکھنے کے لیے ھر طرح کے قوانین بنائے رکھتے ہیں اور بعض اوقات تو وہ قوانین ان کے بنیادی چاٹرز آف رائیٹس سے براہ راست متصادم رہتے ہیں مگر وہ بنیادی چارٹر آف رائیٹس کو بھی اوور رائڈ کر دیتے ہیں ۔
یہ بات طے ہے کہ اگر وہ اکثیریت میں ضم ہوجاتے ہیں تو پھر ان کی پہچان بھی باقی نہ رہے گی ۔ میرے خیال میں ان کا یہ سوچا سمجھا طرز عمل اس بات کی غمازی کرتا ہے کہ اقلیت میں رہنا اور اپنی شناخت رکھنا کس قدر مشکل ہو سکتا ہے ۔ نتیجتا” یہ ضروری ہے کہ ھر اقلیت ، اکثیریت کے مقابلے میں جہاں تک ممکن ہو اپنی روایت کو برقرار رکھے یہ بات پاکستان کے تناظر میں بھی مختلف نہیں ۔

People living in Pakistan are Pakistanis first. They are allowed to live in pakistan irrespective of their religion. Same applies to Minorities. They are Pakistanis first.

According to whatever little knowledge I have about Islam, loyalty to your country and the leader is very important.

Where does it say that the loyalty to your country is must ?  I know ,trust in Allah is must and the whole earth belongs to Allah. Whatever knowledge i have of Islam , Islam doesn’t promote nationalism. Every country allows people of different religions , what is special about Pakistan ?

Second, I am Muslim first and Pakistani 2nd . Do you think that I am wrong of thinking that way ?  Doesn’t it say that there are only two nations on earth. One who believe on Allah and the 2nd who do not believe on him.  Is that not right ?

I did say my answers are based on my best ability.

I wrote what I believe in. I was not advocating that other people should also believe the same way. I am at peace with myself with my thinking. We ( you and I) are same both Muslims and Pakistanis. That is the important thing.

Okay, so are not we all bound with our thinking  ? Can’t we think or try to think outside the box. Not that you are wrong on believing what you believe but there must be a solid and core reasons for our believe. Do you think the rational thinking is allowed in Islam ?  Wa kazalika  Nuriya Ibrahim malakoot o samawat e wal ard. Walay yakoona minal Moqaneen .

وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُرِي إِبْرَاهِيمَ مَلَكُوتَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلِيَكُونَ مِنَ الْمُوقِنِينَ
